DESIGN 3: CROSS-CULTURAL DESIGN
A comprehensive investigation of cross-cultural art and design. This course will cultivate a student’s ability to understand other cultures, communicate with people with different backgrounds, and design transcultural contents. Issues of understanding visual culture in global and local contexts, contemporary art market, and transcultural brand design are subjects of the course. Students will learn to think flexibly/creatively and visualize their thoughts professionally, while researching subject matters and utilizing various media.
